Vintage Atari Logo Dot T-Shirt
This vintage-look Atari logo shirt is a must have for old school gamers. Although Atari didn't invent the video game, it was the company that put them on the map in the 1970s. Designed by George Opperman, the first in-house graphic designer for Atari, the iconic logo has several rumored origins. It could be inspired by the volcanic Mt Fuji, or to suggest the letter A, or refer to the popular Atari game Pong.
This tee suggests a computer start up screen with its dot overlay on the colorful logo. The word Atari may be derived from the Japanese word ataru, which means "to hit the target". This t-shirt hits the target for anyone who appreciates gamer history!
