This officially licensed Minor Threat t-shirt features a black sheep running away from the herd/mainstream. It is from the album Out of Step, their only studio album, released in 1983 on a 45 RPM. The band only existed for three years but had a major influence on the fledgling American hardcore punk scene. They established a new discipline to the rock lifestyle with their hit “Straight Edge” which promoted a clean lifestyle, avoiding two of the accepted, even required, activities of every wanna-be rocker: sex and drugs. This allowed them to focus on producing screaming kick-ass rock n roll.
